Community Partnerships Lead, Alpha (Remote) $100,000/year USD

This full-time, remote role focuses on launching Alpha's educational initiatives in new communities by building authentic local partnerships. You will cultivate relationships with influential local entities, develop location-specific initiatives, and channel qualified prospects to our admissions team.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Establishing and nurturing strategic alliances with local organizations that influence Alpha's target demographic.
  • Providing partners with compelling content, resources, and campaign assistance to execute aligned, high-impact local initiatives.
  • Processing and qualifying partner-generated prospects, recording relevant information in the CRM, and transferring them to the admissions department.
  • Implementing AI solutions to optimize outreach, automate follow-up communications, monitor partner engagement, and maintain precise CRM documentation.
  • Enhancing internal standard operating procedures, strategy documents, and FAQs to reflect latest field insights.
What You Wont Be Doing
  • Participating in theoretical planning sessionsthis role requires practical, hands-on implementation.
  • Conducting on-site visits or in-person work; all partner coordination and activation is handled remotely.
  • Overseeing ongoing family relationships or enrollment processesthese responsibilities belong to the admissions team.
  • Depending on marketing initiatives, you may be directly responsible for generating local interest and demand.
Community Partnerships Lead Key Responsibilities

Generate initial awareness and qualified prospect acquisition for new Alpha locations through remote, partner-orchestrated community outreach strategies.

Basic Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in community partnerships, grassroots campaigns, or local relationship development roles.
  • Proven ability to independently manage a complete pipeline from initial contact through follow-up to successful conversion.
  • Demonstrated success working with discerning audiences (such as high-net-worth families or executive decision-makers).
  • Skilled use of CRM platforms (like HubSpot) and aptitude for implementing AI to enhance workflow productivity.
  • Willingness to adjust schedule for partner events or project deadlines (occasional evenings/weekends required).
  • Must reside in the United States or Canada with authorization to work without requiring sponsorship.

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is available immediately and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record.
