Responsibilities

• Provide inbound customer support focused on energy efficiency and utility programs
• Schedule visits, enroll customers, and educate them on program offerings
• Navigate multiple platforms to provide tech support and status updates
• Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email
• Access and utilize personal performance data in real-time

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Minimum of 6 months of experience in a customer-facing role
• Ability to type 35+ words per minute
• Strong customer service orientation with a sales-focused mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous call center experience in an inbound/outbound sales environment
• Proven ability to manage multiple platforms simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• No attendance or punctuality concerns
