Remote Customer Service & Sales Specialists

As we continue to grow rapidly across Illinois and nationwide, were looking for passionate and dependable Remote Customer Service & Sales Specialists to join our remote team.

Position Overview

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people and providing exceptional service. As a Customer Service & Sales Specialist, you will work with union members and client families who have requested information about their benefits its not about cold calling. Your day?to?day responsibilities include:

• Handling inbound and outbound calls with professionalism
• Scheduling and conducting virtual consultations (via Zoom or phone)
• Explaining benefit options, answering questions, and assisting with applications
• Building strong, lasting client relationships and providing ongoing support

What Were Looking For

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus but not required
• Positive, professional, and reliable work ethic

• High school diploma or equivalent (some college)
• Ability to work from home with a computer, phone, and reliable internet connection

This role is commission?based, with pay directly tied to your results. Youll be paid weekly and have the chance to build residual income for long?term financial stability.
