What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Define and execute the enterprise AI roadmap in alignment with business strategy and compliance
• Evaluate and prioritize AI use cases across various business functions
• Serve as the strategic and technical lead for AI platforms and tools
• Design and implement governance frameworks for AI testing, validation, and deployment
• Manage and mentor AI talent while promoting organizational AI literacy

What is Required (Qualifications):

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• 10+ years in product management, with 35 years focused on AI/ML platforms
• Proven experience managing AI/ML model lifecycle and governance in regulated environmentsFluency in Python, SQL, MLflow, and enterprise ecosystems like Azure
• Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
