About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Actuary to join the Property and Casualty (P&C) Actuarial team, focusing on the standard auto line of business. This role leads product responsibility and overall personal lines reserving. The ideal candidate will be an expert in actuarial methodologies, capable of conducting complex analyses and driving innovation within the team.
The preferred locations are Des Moines, Iowa (Additional locations: Scottsdale, Arizona, and Columbus, Ohio). This role can also be staffed remotely.

Reports to Actuarial leader.
Education: Undergraduate degree in actuarial science, mathematics, statistics, data science or similar background requiring modeling, programming, or quantitative analysis preferred.
License/Certification/Designation: Actuarial designation required, generally FCAS.
Experience: Generally eight or more years of actuarial experience.
Knowledge, Abilities and Skills: Expert knowledge of actuarial functions, statistical methods, models, software and databases; strong understanding of company operations, products, systems and practices; proficiency with Microsoft Office and analytical software; strong organizational agility, leadership, and strategic abilities.
