What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Respond to customer calls in a timely and professional manner, addressing inquiries and concerns
• Utilize various collection systems to update customer accounts and send correspondence
• Maintain accurate and complete information on the status of all customers in the portfolio
• Assist the Customer Service Collections team with research and questions
• Coordinate collection activities for assigned accounts and serve as a point of contact between the customer and collections team

What is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 2 years of bankruptcy experience
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, and Outlook)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to analyze and apply data/information effectively

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Established work history or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military service, or education
• Experience in Microsoft Office products
