Overview

Our Vaco team is partnering with a healthcare client on a remote interim Senior Accountant. This group in particular is looking for someone with strong experience across journal entry preparation within an enterprise organization.

This Senior Accounting consultant will support month-end close tasks with a strong focus on journal entry preparation, analysis, and audit (for source documentation/back-up).

Responsibilities

• Support across month-end close tasks with emphasis on journal entry preparation, analysis, and audit documentation

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelors degree in accounting, finance, business, or similar
• Must bring 4+ years of full-cycle accounting experience, preferably with healthcare experience
• Proven experience in an enterprise corporate accounting team
• Willing to work overtime during month-end close
• Available to start 10/27 and commit to 4-6 months
