Primary responsibilities include working with customers, answering questions about our Cutco products, and writing up any orders. Position Details: No experience needed - we believe in building our people from the ground up and allowing them to expand on their natural abilities in order launch them into a successful career. Reps are paid weekly - base or commission. Our reps are paid $25.00 base-appt (per presentation) or commissions are available based on performance. Location – sales reps work locally after training. Meetings and training are held in the office. Product - We work with Cutco products that are used in the home focusing on the kitchen and some gardening tools as well. Previous experience & knowledge about home goods or sales isn't needed. Flexible schedules –we provide flexible schedules for all members whether it is working around travel plans, classes, family commitments, or another job. Advancement – reps who make this a career position are able to move along several different paths including those who only work part-time.
