Summary

Gainwell is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager Service Delivery. The ideal candidate will have a technical background, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for driving innovation.

Your role in our mission

7. Budget Management: Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
8. Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve complex technical issues, providing innovative solutions.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in IT management roles.
• Technical expertise in cloud computing, cybersecurity, and applications development.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills with proven team management experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience managing projects in a matrixed organization.
• Experience supporting healthcare claims processing, either technically or managerially.
