What is Required (Qualifications)

• Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or GED
• Preferred 4-Year Bachelors Degree or equivalent
• 3 years of restaurant or retail management experience, preferably with franchise consulting
• Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work independently
