A company is looking for a CSR Patient Access Center.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service while managing high volume incoming calls
• Act as patient advocate to resolve issues via telephone promptly and courteously
• Perform accurate registration interviews and verify patient insurance information

Required Qualifications

• 1 year of data entry experience - Required
• 2 years of clerical/customer service experience, preferably in healthcare - Preferred
• 1 year of experience with third-party payors and computer data entry - Preferred
• 1 year of call center experience - Preferred
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent - Required
