Manager, Global Trade Licensing (Remote)

Raytheon is looking for an experienced trade compliance professional to support and manage export/import licensing activities for our Air & Space Defense Systems (ASDS) business. This remote role provides guidance on ITAR and EAR regulations and collaborates across functions to enable business growth.

What You Will Do

• Serve as Empowered Official.
• Provide export/import licensing guidance and license portfolio management.
• Support business with developing export/import licensing strategies.
• Act as SME in ITAR and EAR requirements and drafting.
• Review, prepare, submit, and manage various Export/Import Authorizations.
• Review and approve export transactional requests involving engineering support, meetings, employee travel, visitor access, technical data, and hardware exports.
• Provide day?to?day guidance to SIM personnel on compliance needs.
• Assist with investigations and reviews of possible GT escapes and disclosures.
• Some business travel may be required.

What You Will Learn

• Master licensing strategy and portfolio management.
• Learn about the technology and requirements for exporting spacecraft and optical systems.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of licensing and compliance processes.

Qualifications You Must Have

• University degree and minimum 8 years of relevant experience or advanced degree and 5 years of experience.
• Experience drafting and submitting Department of State and/or Commerce license and agreement applications.
• Experience with DECCS, SNAP?R, OCR EASE, or other automated licensing systems.

Qualifications We Prefer

• Active DoD Secret Clearance and transferable.
• Current Empowered Official.
• Strong time management, organizational, analytical skills.
• Problem solver and self?starter.
• Excellent collaboration, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication.
• Extensive knowledge of Global Trade systems such as RGEMS and/or SAP.

Benefits and Compensation

• Salary range: $101,000 $203,000.
