As a CBRE Facilities Associate, you will play a key role in supporting facilities management operations across multiple retail banking locations. Your responsibilities will include overseeing vendor relationships, managing work orders, and maintaining theteam's PTO calendar. You will coordinate with vendors to ensure they are proficient in using required software systems, while also collaborating with clients and internal facilities teams to ensure all operational needs are met efficiently and effectively. This job is a part of the Facilities Management functional area which focuses on all aspects of the operations of a set of assets, providing support to the Property Managers regarding all repairs and investment plans.
