The location in Ashdown, (Arkansas, United States), is seeking talent to fill the position of Maintenance Superintendent. This job is full-time permanent.
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Maintenance Superintendent to provide leadership and direction to maintenance leaders, supervisors, and crews. This role is responsible for ensuring productivity, safety, quality, reliability, and rapid problem solving in both planned and unplanned situations all in a cost-effective, customer-focused environment. The Maintenance Superintendent will model and teach continuous improvement and lean manufacturing principles to help move the organization toward long-term operational excellence.
