Description:

The Facilities Manager contributes by managing and supervising maintenance technicians in accordance with the organizations policies and applicable laws. In this role you will be in charge of overall facilities staff management, including interviewing, hiring, and training facilities employees, planning, assigning and directing work, evaluating staff performance, rewarding staff and addressing performance improvement; handling complaints and resolving problems within the area of coverage. In this role based in Dallas, Texas, you will have the opportunity to spend 50% of your time-out in the field and at sites and the other 50% of your time handling administrative work.

The HHF Regional Property Operations Manager contributes by supporting and executing strategies related to all local, regional and national aspects of day-to-day property management including creating systems for consistent tenant communication via quarterly town halls, written property report updates, carrying out evictions as necessary, move-ins; etc.
