• 10+ years of experience.
• Education Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience.
• Solid understanding of application development frameworks such as CSLA, design patterns.
• SOA and OOAD principles.
• Solid knowledge of application development methodologies.
• Requires excellent analytical and inductive reasoning skills.
• VB.NET/C#.
• HTML/DHTML.
• GIS knowledge, SharePoint knowledge a plus.
