Client Success Representative

Vertical Alliance Group, Inc. is looking for Client Success Representatives who have strong communication and relationship-building skills, are organized with excellent time management skills, and have incoming/outgoing telephone experience with computer knowledge. Our Client Success Representatives can effectively evaluate client needs, resolve client issues/concerns efficiently, and negotiate renewal contracts. Vertical Alliance Group is a well-established company, in business since 1999, with headquarters located in the Texarkana area. The position is full-time, Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm.

• Excellent time management skills
• Ability to resolve client issues/concerns in a timely manner

What We Prefer:

• Associates or Bachelors degree or equivalent in work experience
• 1 - 2 years experience in client service
• Working knowledge of computers and programs such as Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
• Salesforce or other Customer Relationship Management program experience is highly beneficial
