About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic Vice President of Fiber Network Construction and Engineering who will play a crucial role in leading the planning, design, and construction of cutting-edge fiber optic networks in both emerging and established markets. This key position emphasizes strategic leadership to ensure the successful execution of projects while enhancing existing HFC and copper networks. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in construction management and extensive knowledge of fiber network planning and engineering principles, alongside a remarkable track record of managing large-scale fiber deployment endeavors.

In collaboration with the CTO and executive team, you will set ambitious infrastructure goals, spearhead strategic initiatives, and guarantee that projects meet timelines, budget constraints, and industry compliance. Your responsibilities will also include overseeing construction and engineering departments, managing operating and capital budgets, and proactively mitigating risks associated with project delivery.

Additionally, you will be instrumental in negotiating and managing relationships with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors, acting as the primary liaison for all construction matters among internal and external stakeholders. If you have a Bachelor's degree in a pertinent field, a minimum of 15 years in the telecommunications industry, and at least 5 years in a senior leadership role, we encourage you to apply.
