Grow your career as ​​Sr. FP&A Manager​ within ALG Vacations. As a member of this team, you will support BU CFO and partner with Commercial area to optimize business profitability, focusing in segment margin, Opex, Capex and Investment analysis. Lead planning process and teaming with accounting on monthly reporting.

Essential Functions:

  • ​​Lead annual budgeting process and long term strategic Plan, with focus on KPI's (Including P&L and Cash flow).

  • Lead monthly forecast process and variance analysis for senior management.

  • ​​Monitor business profitability and communicate results to the Business area, including CAPEX and margin.

  • ​​Collaborating with corporate finance team on financial planning and analysis.

  • ​​Supporting Business AD hoc analysis, including investment analysis and CAPEX.

  • ​​Be proactive and have ability to identify risks that impact the Company Financial statements​.

  • Demonstrate a commitment to ALG core values. Qualifications:

​​​​ Experience:

  • ​​Bachelor's degree in administration or economy or accounting.

  • ​​8 years of relevant professional experience (financial planning & analysis, accounting and or corporate finance Project Manager skills with minimum 3 years of experience).

  • ​3 years of management experience.

  • ​Experience evaluating business case, projects, budgets and other financial entities or instruments to determine viability and performance.

  • ​Experience in budgeting, forecasting, predicting, and monitoring financials ( cash flow) with focus on key performance indicators & variance explanations.

  • Advanced in Excel and power point.

  • Oracle Hyperion (Financial Management & Planning).

  • Knowledge in Power BI and solving problem systems, is desired.

  • ​Experience in providing Business Insights including advising, designing business models, interpreting customer and market insights, data analysis, and benchmarking.

  • ​Prior experience using SAP is helpful but not required.

  • ​​Ability to travel 10%​.

  • ​Ability to communicate results and reports to BU and Corporate Management level​.

The salary range for this position is $75,000-$120,000.

The final pay rate/salary offered to the successful candidate will depend on experience, skill level and other qualifications for the role, as well as the location of the performance of work. Pay for the successful candidate will meet local requirements, including the local minimum wage rate.
