The resources required for this project along with the necessary skills and experiences:

• 4+ years of experience.
• Education Requires Associate degree in business or related field or equivalent training, working knowledge of Access database.
• Responsible for updating, maintaining, administering and auditing HCFCDs inventory for capital assets (equipment and vehicles). This includes a wide variety of accounting and administrative duties.
• Requires four or more years of secretarial/administrative experience, 2+ years of experience using a sophisticated financial accounting software package.
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word and Excel), preferably MS Office 2007.
• Requires working knowledge of inventory management and control processes.
• Write/record legible notes of activity and accurately complete required forms, solve simple mathematical problems that may be required in normal work situations.
• Reviewing and monitoring usage reports.
• Use Harris Countys Peoplesoft system (this is the official system of record) to post transactions to update status of assets and to run reports.
