Confidently and proactively resolve issues for customers and balance a number of customers in a busy retail environment. Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with our product styles, features and benefits. Meet customer needs by utilizing omnichannel as needed to ensure a positive shopping experience. Execute and expedite point of sale/register transactions. Complete floor replenishment and shipment as needed. Articulate current promotional events and the brand loyalty program, including credit, to customers.
