TRC Talent Solutions is partnering with AFLAC and hiring Customer Care Specialists!
Were hiring Customer Care Specialists for a hybrid opportunity to support AFLACs policyholders and field force. This role is ideal for service-oriented professionals who excel incommunication, problem-solving, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Youll handle inbound requests across phone, email, and chat, while ensuring timely, accurate, and compassionate support for AFLACs customers.

Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding AFLAC products, policies, and claims.
Accurately process transactions such as policy changes, transfers, cancellations, and beneficiary updates.
Build trust and rapport with customers through active listening, clear communication, and professional service.
Compose and manage correspondence to confirm actions or request information, ensuring timely resolution.
Navigate systems to research and track customer requests, referring complex cases to the appropriate team.
Maintain confidentiality of customer information and comply with AFLACs Code of Business Conduct and Ethics.
Stay up to date on AFLAC products, services, and procedures through ongoing training and self-development.
Support departmental initiatives and perform other related duties as assigned. coo

Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
12 years of customer service or related work experience.
Strong verbal and written communication skills across multiple channels (phone, email, chat, text).
Ability to handle challenging conversations with empathy and professionalism.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic office systems.

Preferred Qualifications:
Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills.
Experience in insurance, benefits, or financial services.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to de-escalate high-emotion situations.
