Job description The Business Analyst (Agency Initiatives) role will lead the coordination and execution of the Agent Connect Change Management plan for Combined US Agency, which consists of captive and independent agents selling Voluntary Benefits (Supplemental Accident & Health). Working closely with the agency leadership, the Business Analyst will drive the change management strategy and ensure successful adoption of the new system across the agency.
