DevOps Engineer - Remote / Telecommute

Pay Range: $65hr - $70hr

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for ServiceNow applications, integrations, and custom development.
  • Establish infrastructure-as-code IaC practices for ServiceNow environments
  • Automate build, test, deployment, and monitoring workflows for ServiceNow and related services.
  • Partner with engineering teams to embed AI/ML models into the ServiceNow platform e.g., predictive intelligence, generative AI, intelligent automation.
  • Drive observability, monitoring, and alerting frameworks for ServiceNow applications to ensure high availability and performance.
  • Optimize platform reliability and performance at scale, ensuring zero-downtime upgrades and releases.
  • Collaborate with Engineers and Engg leaders on DevOps best practices, governance, and security for ServiceNow.
  • Build DORA reporting to track the code push, code coverage
  • Research and introduce emerging AI/automation capabilities in the ServiceNow ecosystem to continuously modernize the platform.

Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of DevOps engineering experience, with at least 3+ years on the ServiceNow Now Platform.
  • Strong hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or equivalent).
  • Proven expertise in ServiceNow platform development, deployments, and upgrades.
  • Experience with AI/ML frameworks and integration into enterprise applications.
  • Proficiency in scripting and automation (Python, JavaScript, PowerShell, or Shell).
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow DevOps module and AI Search.
  • Strong understanding of security, compliance, and governance in enterprise environments.
  • Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and performance optimization skills.
  • Experience mentoring engineers and influencing cross-functional technical decisions.
