Responsibilities:

  • Validating the given healthcare data via calling.
  • Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about the data provided.
  • Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs.
  • Conduct research on healthcare data and formulate the relevant answers for assigned tasks.
  • Document every task in a detailed and structured manner.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
  • Good capacity for teamwork.
  • Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative in resolving issues.
  • Patience and customer service skills with the ability to defuse potentially difficult situations.
  • Good organizational skills and able to work well independently and within the team.
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office tools.
  • Healthcare knowledge is a plus.
  • Willingness to work on night/rotational shifts.
