Nutrition Services Manager — Reunion Plaza Senior Care and Rehabilitation Center in Texarkana, TX.

As the Nutrition Services Manager at Reunion Plaza Senior Care and Rehabilitation Center in Texarkana, TX, you will lead our facility's Nutrition Services Department and the food services team to create a positive dining experience for our residents.

Responsibilities:

• Planning, directing, or coordinating activities of dining services department
• Monitoring compliance with health and fire regulations regarding food preparation and serving
• Coordinating assignments of cooking personnel
• Maintaining standards for personnel performance and customer service

Requirements:

• Certified Dietary Manager or Registered Dietitian preferred
• Previous management/supervisory experience
• Experience in a long-term care setting, preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Flexible and able to set priorities with minimal supervision
