What We're Looking For:

• Proven Leadership: 3+ years of experience in HVAC service and installation management, with a history of leading high-performing teams.
• Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems, troubleshooting, and installation best practices.
• Strategic Mindset: Ability to analyze data, identify operational gaps, and drive improvements.
• Exceptional Communicator: Strong ability to mentor, coach, and inspire technicians and installers.
• Process-Oriented & Driven: Skilled in optimizing workflows, reducing inefficiencies, and ensuring compliance.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using Microsoft 365, Office.com, Housecall Pro, Fleetio, SharePoint, and other HVAC-related software.
