What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support and promote Tax.com products to clients, understanding their technical requirements
- Lead product demonstrations and educate customers on implementing revenue intelligence
- Assist prospects and customers with business assessments, including POCs and pilots
- Collaborate cross-functionally to eliminate bottlenecks and drive deals to closure
- Craft content to showcase how Tax.com products can be leveraged for specific use cases

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of customer-facing experience in a sales engineering (pre-sales) role or a combination of sales engineering and other relevant work experience
- Experience with sales technology (CRMs), cloud architecture, and telephony/web conferencing systems
- Knowledge of data flows, AI/ML concepts, analytics, databases, APIs/webhooks, or JSON
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Understanding of security and privacy pertaining to SaaS systems
