Overview

Senior Paid Social Strategist (Remote US) at Abe. Abe is a specialized consultancy focused on social media advertising, working with LinkedIn, Meta, and more to reach, engage, and convert target audiences. This role reports to the Associate Director and is a crucial part of the social media team. This position offers the opportunity to be on the ground floor of a fast-growing specialty agency.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee and lead a collection of social media accounts
  • Serve as direct support to client contacts
  • Weekly communication with vendors or operational partners to align tasks, ensure quality, and identify improvements
  • Build client strategies each quarter
  • Create, maintain, and optimize budgets for paid media campaigns
  • Provide fractional support for internal marketing within a boutique agency
  • Understand client positioning and unique value propositions
  • Confirm lead routing is accurate within a CRM
  • Maintain personal productivity and utilization
  • Collaborate with the Associate Director to achieve internal and client goals
  • Understand the value of programmatic campaigns
  • Drive cross-sells, upsells, and referrals through client relationships
  • Execute and optimize advertising campaigns within LinkedIn, including ad copywriting, TAM development, and targeting to maximize ROI
What You Offer
  • 4+ years of experience at a performance/digital marketing agency, with hands-on experience supporting B2B clients
  • Deep expertise in paid social advertising campaigns, specifically LinkedIn Ads
  • Understanding of LinkedIn Ad Units such as conversation ads, document ads, CTV, and more
  • Proficiency with advertising platforms and tools (e.g., LinkedIn Campaign Manager, ZoomInfo, 6sense)
  • Ability to delegate to junior team members for joint success
  • Strong understanding of paid search/paid media principles, including keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, and campaign optimization
  • Ability to analyze campaign performance data using tools like Google Analytics/GA4, Excel, and other analytics platforms
  • Ability to drive results and measure via OCT
  • Experience with audience segmentation by tier and job title
  • Proven success with mid-market or enterprise accounts
  • Ability to translate and articulate strategy with data storytelling

  • Willingness to travel to visit clients approximately once per year, as needed

Benefits
  • Base salary range for this position in the United States is $85,000$95,000 USD, with potential for bonus eligibility. Final salary may vary based on compensation practices, skills, and experience.

Work Environment

As a remote-first company, you can work from anywhere in the US, with optional offices in Irvine, CA. Some roles may allow global opportunities in Canada, the UK, and Australia.
