Senior Commercial Auto Claims Adjuster - Remote

Compensation

• $90,000 - $95,000/year+ (based on experience)

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or related work experience
• 5+ years of experience handling complex commercial auto/bodily injury claims
• Litigation experience required
• Multiple licenses preferred

Job Responsibilities

• Investigate and handle commercial auto claims from inception to resolution.
• Analyze and interpret insurance policies and coverage details.
• Conduct thorough investigations, including interviews, inspections, and obtaining necessary documentation.
• Evaluate damages and determine liability based on gathered information.
• Negotiate settlements with claimants, attorneys, and other parties.
• Maintain detailed and accurate claim files and documentation.
