Millwright Position

We are seeking a skilled Millwright to join our team. The Millwright will be responsible for installing, maintaining, repairing, and dismantling machinery and equipment in industrial settings. This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude, precision, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical school certification or apprenticeship preferred.

- Proven experience as a Millwright or in a similar role. Minimum 5 yrs experience in craft.

- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics.

- Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams.

- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

- Physical stamina and strength to lift heavy equipment and work in various conditions.

Responsibilities

- Install, assemble, and align machinery and equipment according to specifications.

- Maintain and repair machinery to ensure optimal performance.

- Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and systems to identify issues.

- Dismantle machinery and equipment for repair or transportation.

- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as lubricating parts, cleaning, and adjusting equipment.

- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.

- Ability to work well independently and in a team.

- Good communication skills.

- Problem-solving abilities.

- Excellent attendance required.

Must pass drug test/ physical / Everify Background check.

Journeyman rate with minimum 5 years verifiable experience is 30.00 hr and 700.00 a week per diem if at least 50 miles from home and you work 100% scheduled hours. If you miss time, per diem is paid at "days worked" rate of 100.00 per day- subject to minimum of 8 hrs worked.
