What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Facilitate kick-off meetings to define expectations and set proposal schedules
- Identify tasks, assign responsibilities, and manage adherence to timelines
- Collaborate with teams to develop strategic messages and win themes
- Lead the development of visual and written content for proposals
- Communicate and coordinate status updates with the proposal team

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
- 6-8 years of experience in preparing architectural and engineering proposals
- Familiarity with the AEC industry and local proposal submission requirements
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and intermediate to expert skills in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong project management and organizational skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with proposal database software, specifically Deltek Vision
