Responsibilities

• Set up new client numbers in the ERP Customer Maintenance to process workflows for new jobs
• Confirm readiness of the Job Maintenance Package and ensure proper documentation is attached
• Open contract, job, and WBS numbers within the ERP system for processing labor timesheets, expense reports, and vendor payments
• Collaborate with project management, finance, and project control departments to ensure timely and accurate contract and job openings
• Maintain attention to detail in contract and job opening forms to ensure policy compliance

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-year Associate degree in IT, accounting, or finance
• 5 years of related work experience in finance and project controls
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Proven ability to interface with multiple departments for accurate work deliverables
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet tight deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of the employer's ERP system
• Proficiency in the use of various ERP systems
