Picture your evening: you clock in at 3:30pm in Texarkana, AR, review blueprints, and prep your station. You dial in your MIG and flux-cored parameters, make clean, consistent welds, and verify every joint meets spec. Between runs, you keep your equipment tuned, help a teammate with a tricky setup, and finish the night with a spotless, safe work area. That's a typical Monday–Friday for our second-shift welder.

Role facts

• Location: Texarkana, AR
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 3:30pm–Midnight
• Compensation: $24.00 per hour + Full Benefits Package

What you'll do

• Fabricate and assemble metal structures using MIG (GMAW) and flux-cored (FCAW) processes, delivering strong, clean welds to spec.
• Operate shop tools — including grinders and torches — to cut, trim, and prep components.
• Inspect your work to confirm weld integrity and adherence to company quality standards.
• Perform routine upkeep on welding equipment to keep it running at peak performance.
• Partner with teammates to complete jobs accurately and on time.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a tidy, hazard‑free workspace.

What you bring
