Job Overview:
HealthMark Group is seeking a driven and strategic Regional Vice President of Sales to join our fast-growing organization. This leadership role reports directly to the Head of Sales and plays a critical role in elevating sales execution, building scalable internal processes, and directly coaching and supporting our Regional Sales Directors (RSDs).
This position is ideal for a sales leader who thrives on creating clarity, removing obstacles, and building high-performance teams. You will also serve as a key contributor to cross-functional alignment across Sales, Marketing, Legal, Client Advocacy, and Operations, ensuring we deliver consistent excellence through every stage of the sales journey.
