We are seeking a motivated professional to lead sales efforts across the West Coast of the United States. In this role, you will build client relationships, drive revenue growth, and expand our market presence by delivering tailored solutions to laboratory clients.Duties and Responsibilities:* It is essential to have a firm grasp of the Laboratory and Healthcare Industry.* Drive new business growth by actively prospecting for clients through strategic telephone and in-person outreach. Cultivate strong relationships with prospective clients through consistent direct contact.* Develop and strengthen relationships with key accounts that are a top priority.* Must have a strong ability to create proposals and deliver presentations.* Assist in promotional activities, including print, online, electronic media, and direct mail* Prepare sales reports showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansionQualifications and Experience:* 7-10 years of experience with a proven sales background in the Laboratory and Healthcare industry market* Understanding the healthcare provider reimbursement process, its dynamics, and the overall billing workflow within the market space.* An active Rolodex of relationships with key decision-makers in the Laboratory and Healthcare industry* Ability to connect with customers and gain trust quickly* Proficiency in MS Office suite and Salesforce or equivalent CRM* Familiarity with established Sales processes and sales funnel management** Professional references are required and will be contacted for this role.** Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Business or related field** Willing to travel 35%Compensation Package:* Competitive base salary and generous commission plan* Excellent medical & dental benefits, paid holidays, vacation and sick days* Attractive 401(k), life and disability plans
