Qualifications

• The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a strong understanding of the food and beverage industry
• Strong cash handling skills with experience using registers and point-of-sale systems.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and food handling regulations
• Excellent time management skills
• Strong communication skills with an emphasis on providing exceptional customer service

Responsibilities

• As a bartender, you will be responsible for creating exceptional drink experiences for our guests while maintaining a clean and organized bar environment.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes
• Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction
• Monitor inventory levels of drinks and supplies, restocking as necessary to ensure smooth operations
• Adhere to all food safety and handling regulations to maintain a safe environment for guests and staff

Requirements

• Previous experience in the food industry or bartending is preferred
• Strong cash handling skills with experience using cash registers or point-of-sale systems
• Knowledge of food safety practices and food handling regulations is essential
• Experience in fine dining or catering setting is a plus
• A positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and willingness to learn new techniques in mixology.
