As a CBRE CMMS Analyst (temporary), you will support the migration to a new CMMS platform planned for Q4. Key responsibilities include preparing and validating data for migration, creating reports and documentation, writing process workflows, supporting legacy CMMS platforms, and assisting with post-go-live activities. This temporary role is critical to ensuring a successful client-driven transition by year-end.
Support the migration to a new CMMS platform scheduled for Q4
Prepare, validate, and organize data for system migration
Develop and maintain reports and documentation to support migration and operations
Create process documentation and workflow diagrams to guide users and stakeholders
Provide support for legacy CMMS platforms during the transition period
Assist with post-go-live activities, including user support and issue resolution
Support the Property Manager with daily CMMS-related tasks in Angus (non-transitional support)
Transform raw data into presentable, actionable reports for stakeholders
Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate delivery
Ensure system changes and updates are managed promptly and efficiently
Maintain a high level of responsiveness and care during the enhanced support phase
Contribute to a successful client-driven implementation by year-end
Prior experience working with CMMS platforms beyond basic work order management
Understanding of CMMS transactions, including asset management and preventive maintenance (PM) relationships
Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.
Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.
Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation and reporting.
Familiarity with the Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive, etc.) for collaboration and documentation.
Ability to interpret raw data and transform it into clear, presentable reports.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for temporary CMMS Analyst position is $75,000 annually and the maximum salary for the temporary CMMS Analyst position is $90,000 annually, which will be prorated based on the length of the assignment. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
