We have an opening for a talented Amazon Customer Service Representative (Remote) to follow safety procedures and company policies, adapt to shifting priorities and business needs, and support the preparation and delivery of goods or services. Other duties include respond promptly to inquiries and resolve basic issues, maintain accurate records and documentation, gain knowledge of company offerings to better serve clients, provide excellent service to customers and team members, work collaboratively across teams and departments, along with manage daily responsibilities with a focus on quality and efficiency, coordinate tasks to ensure deadlines are met, assist with processing returns and exchanges, assist with organizing, stocking, and general upkeep.
