Overview

We are working with a $50M fabricator in the architectural metals space that is looking to scale and grow. We are recruiting for a COO to take the business to the next level with the goal of increasing revenue while improving processes. They hope this person would be qualified to move over into the CEO role within 12-24 months due to an upcoming retirement.

Responsibilities

• Work with internal teams to improve company operating processes
• Oversee company operations

Qualifications

• Experience in President or CEO role preferred
• Background in commercial metal industry
• Experience with construction metals (aluminum preferred)
