(include but are not limited to the following): Supervise, direct, and lead the day-to-day activities of team within assigned area to ensure safe and quality production and meet identified goals Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following, implementing, and enforcing Company safety standards and procedures, housekeeping standards, and 5 S/lean manufacturing programs by ensuring goals are met within the department. Meet productivity targets by establishing clear goals for team and ensure proper equipment care Enhance employee engagement by providing leadership and direction to the shift.
