Serves as a Hope Site Multi-Qualified Maintenance Technician. Responsibilities include installing, configuring, troubleshooting, maintaining, and documenting plant process equipment, instrumentation and control systems. Ensures work is captured in SAP maintenance module system. Participates in plant safety, environmental, and production programs, including improvement teams. Assists with project activities as necessary. A Maintenance Technician should be fully (and demonstrably) confident of their technical and personal abilities and should be able to use their abilities to positively affect the personnel and plant around them daily. A Maintenance Technician should be willing to play a larger role in looking outward and promoting positive change throughout the entire plant. This document is a guide only.
