GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES: Responsible for registering new patients, scheduling all appointments and sending messages to the corresponding offices. SUPERVISION RECEIVED: Director of Operations, Call Center Supervisor
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: High School 2 years of previous experience scheduling appointments and/or surgeries Experience with insurance.

PHYSICAL/MENTAL DEMANDS: Requires sitting and standing associated with a normal office environment.
ENVIRONMENTAL/WORKING CONDITIONS: Normal busy office environment with much telephone work. This position is a full time call center agent responsible for 8 hours a day of inbound calls.
