Who You Are:
You're an operator and optimizer at heart. Shopify is second nature to you and you've spent years inside the CMS creating, editing, and refining experiences that drive conversion. You understand how to build landing pages quickly (Replo), optimize site performance, and translate brand storytelling into a seamless shopping experience. Crafting A/B tests excites you and you get energized by finding quick wins to improve website CVR. Beyond just Shopify, you're fluent in subscription tools (we use Loop) and know how to drive strong subscription take-rates and loyalty through seamless subscription experiences.
In addition to acquisition, you understand the importance of retention. You've worked at a subscription brand before and have either owned CRM or partnered closely on lifecycle strategies. You understand how Klaviyo works and know how to devise flows, campaigns and segmentation that feels strategic, personal and on-brand. You are great at collaborating with external agencies to scale impact, while ensuring everything ladders up to long-term retention and higher LTV.
You move fast, you sweat the details, and you know how to balance strategy with hands-on execution.You'll partner closely with the Head of Marketing and our paid team to ensure every digital touchpoint, from landing page to lifecycle email, is tuned for performance. Above all else, you feel comfortable and energized by being a leader who links together the two very important functions of Ecommerce & Retention Marketing.
