What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Lead and supervise multiple Service Solutions teams focused on Digital Surgery software and hardware platforms
  • Act as Level 2 Technical Support for various capital system issues
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address technical issues experienced by customers
  • Manage customer inquiries and ensure timely resolution of issues related to VELYS systems
  • Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and maintain budget controls
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree
  • At least 4 years of experience in Customer Relations, Technical Support, or Field Service in related industries
  • Proven experience managing a technical and/or field service team
  • Strong knowledge of troubleshooting and servicing complex medical devices
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
  • Knowledge of capital equipment service operations and call center practices
  • Familiarity with FDA Medical Device regulations
  • Experience in a dynamic, real-time environment managing competing priorities
  • Knowledge of ONE MD Service and Repair, Enterprise Complaint Management, or SAP
