What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Supervise day-to-day operations of the Lead Generation Specialists team and manage processes
- Define, manage, and implement enhancements to processes and systems for Inside Sales
- Analyze data insights and trends to prioritize pipeline leads and drive business impact
- Provide supervision and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for call handling
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve conflicts and improve operational efficiency
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associates degree and 7+ years of experience in an inside sales or contact center environment
- Strong background in sales and call center practices, including service quality management
- Exceptional customer service experience in a medical or health-related environment
- Proven ability to analyze data and implement process improvements
- Experience providing remote support in a regulated environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelors degree and 5+ years of experience in an inside sales or contact center environment
- Knowledge of diabetes and experience supporting patients with diabetes
- Familiarity with contact center metrics and workforce management best practices
