About the Role
We're looking for a super-organized, resourceful, and upbeat Executive Assistant to be the right hand to our Executive Director and leadership team. Think of yourself as the glue that helps everything stick together-coordinating schedules and keeping everything on track.
This isn't your typical "desk job." One day you'll be prepping for a board meeting, the next you'll be organizing a special event or helping the team pull off a big project. If you love variety, people, and being a part of a dynamic team, this is the perfect spot for you.
What You'll Be Doing
Keeping the Executive Director's schedule running smoothly (calendar wizardry is a plus!)
Preparing and polishing reports, presentations, and communications
Helping with board and committee meetings-agendas, minutes, and follow-up
Managing confidential information with integrity and discretion
Organize conferences and events, including catering, invitations and coordination of equipment
Serving as a warm, professional point of contact for residents, families, and staff
Reconciling monthly credit card and charge accounts
