What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Identify upsell opportunities to facilitate business growth within existing accounts
  • Build strong relationships with customers, key suppliers, and partners to educate them about the employers services
  • Understand client needs to strategically align them with the RLD360 platform
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure client expectations are met
  • Document and update customer accounts and activities within Salesforce to ensure data integrity

What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Prior experience in a customer-facing role within a Sales team; direct sales experience preferred
  • Proven success or exposure to the SaaS sales methodology
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft software products
  • Ability to commute to a local office if located near one
  • A resourceful, self-starter with a passion for continuous learning

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience with Miller Heiman sales methodology
  • A knack for working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
