The Opportunity
This Account Manager / Project Manager role is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual with 2-4 years of agency experience who is ready to take on more responsibility. You will be instrumental in managing client relationships, driving project success, and ensuring we deliver high-quality work on time and on budget.
This role requires a blend of excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and meticulous attention to detail. You'll be the bridge between our clients and our internal teams, ensuring seamless project execution from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
Account Management (AM):
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of B2B clients.
- Develop a deep understanding of clients' business goals, challenges, and industries.
- Collaborate with clients to define project scope, deliverables, and timelines.
- Proactively identify opportunities to grow client accounts and add value.
- Conduct regular client check-ins and performance reviews.
Project Management (PM):
- Create and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Assign tasks to internal teams (e.g., content, design, paid media) and ensure deadlines are met.
- Monitor project progress and proactively identify and mitigate potential risks.
- Run internal and external project meetings, ensuring clear communication and action items.
- Ensure all project deliverables meet our high standards of quality.
Who You Are
- You have 2-4 years of experience in an agency or similar B2B marketing environment.
- You have a solid understanding of B2B marketing strategies and tactics (e.g., content marketing, lead generation, paid media).
- You are an exceptional communicator, both written and verbal.
- You are highly organized and skilled at managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- You are a natural problem-solver who can think on your feet and adapt to changing priorities.
- You are collaborative and enjoy working with a team but are also self-motivated and can work independently.
- You are ambitious and eager to learn and grow in your career.

Salary Range: $65,000 to $75,000
