The Supervisor Live Haul is a crucial role responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe transportation of live broilers to the processing plant. This includes scheduling the catching, loading, and hauling processes while closely monitoring DO - As (Dead on Arrival). Key Responsibilities. Promote Safety: Ensure a safe working environment for all team members. Monitor Operations: Oversee drivers' time and ELD logs, and review and coach through Drive Cam videos. Coordination: Ensure drivers and catchers arrive on time at the farm and plant. Collaboration: Work closely with catch contractors, Live Haul Manager, and driver supervisor to ensure smooth operations. Adaptability: Make necessary changes to the catch and haul schedule as needed. Supervision: Supervise and assist personnel in the repair of cages.
